Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel an order, you must immediately email us at CustomerService@Vacationfinds4u.com to request the cancellation. Once an order is processed for shipping, it is not able to be cancelled.

Return Policy:

Prior to returning an item, you must email CustomerService@Vacationfinds4u.com to request an authorization number and receive instructions on processing your return. Please include your contact information, quantity and description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Refund Policy:

Once you receive authorization and the returned product is received by Vacationfinds4u.com, we will issue a credit to the original credit card account used for the purchase. The credit will be for the purchase price of the item(s) and sales tax if applicable. Credit for shipping and handling charges associated with the returned item(s) is at the discretion of Vacationfinds4u.com and will be determined based on the reason for the return.
