What do you charge
for shipping?
We charge a flat fee of $8.95 per order.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Please make sure to enter your exact billing-mailing address (first, and last name, middle initial, billing address, and
credit card number and expiration date) as it appears on your credit card
statement. We also except PayPal.
OUT OF STOCK items. When will it be available again?
Depending on the item it could be from a few days to a few weeks.
I'm trying to place
an order, but it won't go through.
Most problems arise when customers enter the incorrect
billing information. The BILLING info MUST be the EXACT mailing address to
which the credit card bill comes to. If not, the order will not be approved and
you will receive a processing error.
If you still can’t get it to work, print out a copy of the page and fax it to

What if I want to
return something?
If you receive your order and something is broken, please e-mail customerservice@vacationfinds4u.com. We will give you a return number and tell you the address to return the product to. Once we receive the product, we will credit your credit card for the cost of the item. We do not exchange items. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
